William Axl Rose is best as the front man and lead singer of the "most dangerous band in the world known, Guns and Roses. Rose stayed through the turbulent years of the band, finally purchasing the rights to the name and the establishment of a new lineup for Guns and Roses.
Rose is known for his rants during concerts, and for the unrest aware that he created for the performance shows and concerts ahead of time. He was notorious for several arrests for alleged possession of drugs and is intoxicated with alcohol. Rose is currently controversial because of the decades-long delay in the release of his album Chinese Democracy.

Childhood
Born William Bruce Rose, Jr. in Lafayette, Indiana, Rose was a product of a broken family. His father, William Rose, left it, when he was two years old. According to Rose he has repressed memories of sexual abuse treatment in the hands of the father's consent.
His mother, Stephen L. Bailey, the result of the performance Rose married his step-father's family name back. In the hands of Bailey, Rose hit a witness domestic violence to his mother, even though the budget was a deeply religious Pentecostal household.
Even though Rose expressed his musical interests through Church expressed that he would speak later to be disillusioned by his religious upbringing. In an interview that he would be "[teaching] Bible School entitled, while beaten … and [his sister] was harassed." Rose also said that his church was full of suffering from self hyprocrites rightneousness, harassed and abused children.
As a child, sang Rose and his two siblings in the Church as the "Bailey Trio." He also studied classical piano, which he later write on the famous GnR song "November Rain."
Teenage Years
Axl Rose found out about his true origins when he was 17. He learned from his birth name, William Bruce Rose Jr., and his father's name. As a result, rose again adopted his birth name but refused the name "William" as he did not want to be identified with his biological father.
Teenage years were rebellious times for Axl Rose, with over 20 counts of public drunkenness and assault in his record. However, it was, when he was 17 that he first met Izzy Stradlin, the future rhythm guitarist of Guns and Roses. The two tied for a while, before Stradlin left Indiana and moved to Los Angeles. Rose followed later, after legal advice.
Guns N 'Roses
After arriving in Los Angeles, Rose started playing in various bands, most important of these being LA Guns and Hollywood Rose while retaining several jobs. In 1985, Rose and Tracii Guns formed Guns and Roses from the remnants of LA Guns and Hollywood Rose, along with Ole Beich and Duff McKagan, form part of the line-up, would the world would know later.
Several changes in the lineup did not come until 1986, when knew the Guns and Roses that the world was formed. Guns and Roses was born with Saul "Slash" Hudson on lead guitar, Izzy Stradlin on rhythm guitar, McKagan on bass, Steven Adler on drums and of course, Rose on vocals.
Although they released a four-song EP "Live Like a Suicide" in December 1986, it was not until the release of "Appetite for Destruction" on 21st July 1987 that Guns and Roses would be officially recognized by the mainstream. The success of the debut album continues to this day that certified 15 times platinum with sales of up to 27 million copies.
From 1986, Guns and Roses released several albums, most notable of which two were Use Your Illusion albums. It had been in the recording of these albums, Steven Adler entered a result of drug abuse and replaced by Matt Sorum. It was also during the tour for these albums in 1991 that Axl Rose the title to the Guns N 'Roses name wrestled out of the band members, from the strained relationship between Rose and the other occurred Gunners.
Until 1997, Sorum, Slash and McKagan had left the band. Stradlin left the band in 1991. Only Dizzy Reed – who as a keyboardist with the recording of the Illusion albums had joined – and stayed like rose original members.

After the departure of the original members of Guns and Roses was repeatedly lineup changes. The band currently consists of Reed now, Rose, Robin Finck, Tommy Stinson, Chris Pitman, Richard Fortus, Frank Ferrer and Ron Thal.
